  Consultation

In this phase, information is collected and analyzed. We work with you to identify your needs while considering the timing and budget for your project.

  Planing

Once we identify your needs, determine cost and terms of service, the technical and creative requirements are then defined. We can work with your existing corporate identity or if you prefer create one for you. When planning is complete, the specification for your site is developed.

  Design

At this stage your website starts to take form in terms of the look and feel in line with your corporate identity. It is also during this stage the smart features (i.e. programming) that add functionality to the site are in production.

  Development

When production of the site is complete, we place it on the Web in your Project Area under My Office. This feature enables you to explore the site before launch and give us your feedback.

We perform an extensive quality control process to ensure that every part of the site works as it should. In addition, we test the site using different Web browsers, ensuring that the final product is accessible to your target audience. Any inconsistencies or errors are identified and corrected.

  Launch

After testing and assuring the quality of your site, the site will go live on the internet. We will make sure you understand how to manage the site. We also realise that even after the launch your website you may need some support. If required we will maintain yourand offer you the option for a service agreement.

  Optimisation

We know that the Web is an ever evolving entity. Therefore, we monitor and analyse how your site performs. We follow up with you to review reactions to the site, the first month's hit reports, we will plan any additional development, maintenance or training, and present our thoughts on how to improve your website performance.

We can also design and implement a plan for search engine promotion. We form a partnership with you that continues after your site is up and running.
